September 8th, 2022 was an exciting day for all the participants of our FIT program (our group-wide talent management initiative – FIT stands for “Finding Inspiring Talents"). In beautiful Greece, our talents gathered to strengthen the network between each other and the top management as well as to foster a goal-driven communication.
Over 100 participants enjoyed a unique agenda with: an acclaimed inspirational speaker (an ultra-cyclist and record-winner of the Race Across America – Christoph Strasser), demanding yet entertaining group challenges, and engaging workshops to develop new ideas and perspectives. As the day concluded, the participants were invited to join a sightseeing tour to the Marathon Dam and a yummy dinner.
The afterparty at the beach bar gave all participants another great opportunity to get acquainted with everyone within our talent pool and have some fun together!
In summary, it was a very productive and enjoyable event that will help our talents to master their future challenges and responsibilities.
We thank all participants for their wonderful contributions during the event – all the efforts, insights and ideas. It was you who ultimately made our event a big success!
